Payment Methods
Origin Organics currently accepts 4 methods of payment. These include;
When using this method, please ensure payment is sent recorded delivery or similar to ensure safe delivery. Origin Organics cannot accept responsibility for loss of payment in the mail. Details of the finance office address will be given at the end of the checkout process.

This method allows people who prefer to use their credit/debit card to provide payment. Due to the charges incurred by using this method, 10% is added to the total of the order to cover these costs. Note: We only accept 'Direct to bank account' services using money orders. To see if this option is available from your country / state please visit www.westernunion.com and choose your country at the top of the page. Click 'Send Money Online', it will present you with a new page titled 'Compare and Price Western Union Services' from here you can enter your zip/post code and choose 'United Kingdom' in the second box, and an amount to send in the third box. Click 'Find Options' and a new page will then appear with payment options. If you are able to click 'Deposit to Receiver's Bank Account' on the right hand side, then you qualify to use this method.
This is the quickest method available. Account details are provided at the end of the checkout process. When using this method, please use your order number as the payment reference.
Shipping
Currently, we distribute worldwide. We offer a couple of shipping methods that will suit most needs. The standard option is the cheapest available and provide no tracking or 'signed for' facility. The 'signed for' gives people peace of mind to ensure the safe delivery of their purchase and is recomended by Origin Organics. While we do everything possible to provide the best service possible, we cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. Please allow 21 days for delivery in most cases. Should you not have received your product within this time frame, contact us and we will endeavour to chase the items for you. However it is not always possible depending on the method of shipping chosen.
